For more than fifteen years, Transformation CPR has stood alongside people facing poverty, hardship and social exclusion across Camborne, Pool and Redruth.
From operating three independent foodbanks to delivering Community Hubs, health and wellbeing initiatives, crisis support and seasonal campaigns, we work every day to ensure local people receive practical help, compassionate support and hope for the future.
Having successfully navigated a period of organisational change, we are now entering an exciting new chapter. With stronger governance, renewed financial oversight and ambitious plans for the future, we are seeking up to three new Trustees to help guide the charity through its next stage of development.
Whether you are an experienced Trustee or looking for your first Board appointment, this is an opportunity to use your skills to make a lasting difference to communities across Cornwall.
We are particularly interested in people with experience in:

As a Trustee you will:
Commitment: Approximately 1–2 days per month, including Board meetings (primarily online), occasional committee meetings and strategic events. Reasonable expenses are reimbursed.
