A Huge Thank You to The Ingleheart Singers
We’re so grateful to the Ingleheart Singers for raising an incredible £850 for Transformation! Your support helps us provide vital food to those in need - thanks to donations from community groups like yours, we delivered 134,320 meals in 2024.
Thank you for using your voices to make a difference in our community!
Huge Thanks to Redruth Rotary Club and Community Partners!
We’re incredibly grateful to Redruth Rotary Club for their continued support this Easter. Around 600 Easter eggs were collected - ready to be shared with families in need across our community.
Special thanks go to:
St Rumons Club, for a generous £100 donation
Rotary members, who personally donated around £300 to purchase eggs from Morrisons at a discounted rate
Redruth Library & Youth Council and Camborne Library & Youth Council for coordinating local collections
Tesco Camborne customers, for donating through the store collection point
Tesco Extra, Pool, for gathering donations and delivering directly to our warehouse
Because of your efforts, many children will have an Easter treat to enjoy. Thank you for making it possible!
Have You Seen Our Branded Van On The Road?!
We’re excited to share that our sign-written van is officially on the road, proudly representing Transformation Food Banks & Community Hubs!
It’s more than just a new look – it’s a mobile billboard that raises awareness of our work in the community. Whether collecting donations from major supermarkets or local food producers, our van is helping more people learn who we are, what we do and how people can support us.
Look out for the QR code on the back! If you spot us while we’re out and about, you can scan the code to make a financial donation – every contribution helps us provide essential food support to those in need.
With every mile, we’re spreading awareness and building a stronger, more supported community.
Keep an eye out for us – and give us a wave when you see us on the road!

Transformation’s CHWW team is part of a groundbreaking national shift in healthcare praised by The Telegraph as a “radical scheme tipped to transform healthcare.”
Inspired by models in Brazil and backed by NHS England, Community Health & Wellbeing Workers (CHWWs) are providing life-changing support door-to-door – tackling the root causes of poor health like debt, isolation, housing, and unemployment.
CHWWs are more than a service – they are trusted neighbours, advocates, and the ‘eyes and ears’ of the community. Each worker supports 120 households, visiting monthly to catch issues early and connect people to help before problems become crises.
Health Secretary Wes Streeting praised the model, “We’re seeing some really encouraging signs about what can happen when you’ve got the right care, in the right place, at the right time.”
As part of Cornwall’s largest-ever rollout of community health workers, our CHWW team at Transformation is proud to be at the heart of a movement that brings healthcare back into the community – right to people’s front doors.
