Our Community Hub Events This March!

We’re excited to share that across our four Community Hub sessions, we have 16 events happening this month! These sessions offer a great opportunity for our service users to connect, access support and be part of our welcoming community.

To help spread the word, at the start of the month we shared event details during our Food Bank sessions, in selected supermarkets near our collection baskets and on our Facebook page.

Planting For A Greener Future

We were honoured to be recognised as an Inclusion Cornwall Award winner and to take part in a special tree planting event with Forest for Cornwall.

Our Service Manager joined fellow award winners and volunteers in Helston to plant a variety of trees, contributing to a greener, more sustainable Cornwall.

It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate inclusion, community and environmental action.

A huge thank you to Inclusion Cornwall and Forest for Cornwall/Cornwall Council for making this possible!

Inside Transformation

Our dedicated Community Health and Wellbeing Workers (CHWW) team has been instrumental in delivering the ‘Brazil Model’ in Cornwall since February 2023, working tirelessly to support local communities.

Their commitment and impact has been recognised with the South West Integrated Personalised Care Award for Health Equity - a testament to their hard work in improving health outcomes.

Congratulations to the entire team on this well-deserved achievement!
